Ipswich heard about an unusual
job was finishing up at Mount Ida
College in Newton. "They needed
a middle linebacker in France,"
said Abele, 23, who played at
Ipswich High before moving on to

in him said he should stick
around and pick up his degree,
which is precisely what he did.

BURNSing Down Europe Lance Burns (St.
Joseph's College) is the impact player that the
European football teams fear yet respect. He
has set the European cities ablaze on both
sides of the ball and special teams.....he's the
complete package. He has lead his team to a
perfect 5-0 start and a 212-12 win margin.
Burns had an interception and 2 receiving TD's
in a 26-6 win over the Warsaw Eagles this past
weekend. In his first season, Burns has
become one of the "Premier" players in the EFL.

Aki Jones (Fordham University) and Lance Burns (St.
Joseph's College) have signed contracts to play for the
Warsaw Eagles of the PLFA. Both were former players with
The Crew Wroclaw. The Eagles won the PLFA Championship
in 2008 and are looking to keep that title in the country's
capital. The Warsaw Eagles are the first European Football

Charlie Garner has joined
World Sports Scouting as a
National Scout with a main
focus on the states of Florida
and Virginia. Garner had an
11 year NFL career with the
Eagles, 49ers, Raiders and
Buccaneers making it to a
Pro Bowl and taking his
team to the Super Bowl.
During his career he rushed
1,537 times for 7,097 yards
scoring 39 touchdowns,
caught 419 passes for 3,711
yards and 12 touchdowns.

Minnesota Viking's Noel Scarlett is
the State Director of Texas. Allocated
to the Scottish Claymores of the
NFLE, Scarlett was a starter in the
World Bowl Championship game. He

Aki Jones aka "Euro Jones"
